SM, wouldn't all your questions be eliminated if RNI BOD simply delivered on funding? Secondly, another part that would eliminate all the q's is if the T20 were prepared to support recap? Not to mention the directors have not come forward.

Now without any second guessing, whats in the BOD's control
1. Get the T20 support for recap and announce.
2. Pledge their own support
3. Have funders lined up once recap has been finalised.

Now all in RNI control. The questions you raise become the issue when the BOD cannot deliver! I personally think we're dead, but I am also counting on a miracle. that miracle I might add will dilute RNI heavily and who really knows what we will need the SP to get to for break even. Is that the reason why funding has not been released prior to recap????
