In Report 8 KAR states that they only went 200 mtr downdip but to a depth of 2745 mtrs.

In that 200 mtrs things changed substantially from the original K2 Report No 4.

----Greenshore---- in his analysis, forwarded the concept that the K2 well was just west of the "interpreted north - south trending fault" and that side tracking through this fault produced the different results.

This concept implies that K2 was within 200 mtrs of the fault line.

Report 9 , due this week, should have the same data as Report 4, as it is likely 200 mtrs will be again be the benchmark for the westerly movement of the drill bit.

However on the easterly side of K2, KAR probably suspected the presence of the fault from wirelogs, and went looking for it, and any possible reservoirs caused by the fault.

So what exactly are they looking for on the western side of K2, within 200 mtrs?
