Go research what "down dip" actually means. For example K2 is 300m updip from K1, K2 is also 4.5km south of K1. While you are at it, have a look at what a techtonic fault is and does to any type of oil/mineral deposit. The report 8 results are from the east side of the fault.
Invest in stuff you know, KAR does not seem your fit.
