its pretty obvious either T2 traders or ppl looking or a quick trade brought this pivot through the 10 + 20ma thinking was ready for the next leg up still supply to work through . the sooner all the weak hands are out the better for such a low SOI when it moves wont be in 5-10% increases more likely BGU from this base imo.
