Good luck with that Mr Lumin.

I began trying to communicate with Simon Kidston and Skip Capital, (Scott Farquhar AND Kim Jackson), in, as I recall, July 2022, about the takeover plan that had, (publicly), begun; with a strategic leak to the AFR.

I got automated responses from Skip Capital. Simon Kidston repeatedly ignored me while actively promoting the takeover.

Back in 2022 I was given a case number but this time I am yet to receive an acknowledgement from : "MISCONDUCT ISSUER".
