Hualapai and EJ seem very concerned that their bogus claims will become apparent if the injunction is lifted and drilling proves no harm. I'm not sure they would even waste their time with the ninth circuit, despite SKJ's claims. This will be a big win for AZL if judge allows drilling to proceed.
