Suggest you read guidelines as per 20 Nov 13. Expect to take 9 to 12 months from March qtr 2014 to fund and implement the work required to reach design. That is only if they can sort out a fix by March - no announcement yet. And there is that terrible word "FUND". I don't complain and whinge about the management as I recognize this was a design fault that was never going to be found until it was attempted to run at full capacity, however that video is a complete misrepresentation of what they have achieved - it was not a success or completed.
