"Successful" in spending lots of money via:
Building & Construction
Paying excessive $$$ to management
Problems in building which costs more $$$
Unable to even achieve its actual targets in KML to pay off those money spent.
Successful indeed.
Its like someone wanting to buy a $100 million house thinking they can get a rental of $200 million. Spends $200 million on renovation and $50 million paying themselves management fees buy borrowing money from rich friends and money from other acquaintances interested in the business. And when renovation is 60% complete, the house has so many problems that you can only rent out a bloody storeroom which gives a return of $50 million. Guess who wins?
