RB if you were part of a board that had half a dozen bad eggs and you were not one of them, you would resign and protect your reputation. JB is the face of CCC and he cant escape that...well he could resign but his reputation is for ever tarnished, and he will have to pull some pretty big rabbits out of the hat in future to have any hope of resurrecting any respect in the business world.
