We already knew about this from the annual report. But agree, they just keep printing more and more shares. The new JV seems ok. Interestingt that they are trying to convince us that medium grade Mn ore is now good.
The positive, and KAB didnt announce at the time, and only buried it in the annual, is that the Celtic loan was repaid. So in many ways we are just back to that debt level. Out with $1mil Celtic and in with this $1.2mil note. They should have pumped that fact a little.
Seemed like not much announced considering the suspension and the note was known when the annual report went to print.
