    You asked me to confirm something I did not say?

    How does that work?!

    Firstly it was the dysfunctional Dar El Salam port heralded wrongly as the one to pick!

    Secondly the the "Debt Funding Agreement" shown as merely a loan, something akin to a home loan, ignoring all the other aspects of the comprehensive financing Deal.

    And now people are asked to confirm something they never said?!!!

    What gives?!
