One has to ask why Noble has agreed to conclude the $3M debt facility?

IMHO because of the accuracy of the information kaboko provided to the market, Noble proceeded with strict due diligence process and came to their conclusion.

That could not be further from the truth I have to say:

If you read the company Q published on 01/02/12 you should see the following:

- "Laboratory facilities constructed and commissioned at the Company’s Southern Depot at Kabwe for ore grade and process control and analysing and testing of material produced from the Emmanuel Project"

Then:

"Analyses of the 2,000 tonnes of bagged manganese ore at the Southern Depot confirms the high grade and high quality nature of the manganese lump ore with an average grade of 59% Mn."

And that is how we got to send those bulk samples to the Chinese and the rest is history.

It is Clear that These labs were instrumental in achieving what kaboko has achieved since then, which was culminated by this latest announcement.


And this, dear nathanblack, is no fluke!
