I tend to agree this prospectus isn't good news Kiwi. You asked ... "What this one really is about, I still have not worked out as there is still plenty left in 7.1 to release this some amount of shares."
Isn't this prospectus basically just a compliance prospectus that in essence removes any trading restrictions on the recent CN to YA? (see section 3.2 on p12).
And Nathan ... "Noble have been very quiet. They obviously get first choice of advancing tranche 2 or starting a new loan. But they prefer other parties to offer funding."
Looks like Noble aren't putting in until the project(s) get more advanced.
I too think dry docking is looking more & more likely.
