    Yes, it might be worth lodging a formal complaint. First they mothball the >55% Mn Chowa pit for no reason. Now they forcast $0 production costs for current quarter. Does that mean Peco is now mothballed too?

    And more convertible notes. Noble was enough to get to production only. After that they need to borrow continuously to stay in production. Wait for the JORC, pump it, then try sell off the project warts and all.
