This prospectus is never good news when it comes to the Okap brand.
What this one really is about, I still have not worked out as there is still plenty left in 7.1 to release this some amount of shares.
What I did note is the name missing in the disclosure of the 5% holders.
Only Ya is listed.
A few directors seem to be missing now as well
