My above estimates will help when working out how much manufacturing is required to make profit, and to work out the cash flow effects of paying for mfg before sales income flows. Overheads are already reported.
Every step up in production numbers has an initial negative effect on cash flow until the sales of that batch flow back in. That is the balancing act in play now.
For NUH, cash flow is the key right now.
