What work has the company done to alleviate any fears or concerns that work at Kachi will not impact the Laguna?

So the surface water feature (ie wetland) which supports the native flora and fauna, is fed primarily from springs. That is, the water at surface is supplied from subsurface.
What work has the company done to gaurantee that any development will not negatively impact this ecosystem?
