So samples have been taken and reported by NRG of the surface water provided by the natural springs. These natural springs fill the Laguna aka wetlands surrounding the kachi project.

Note the lithium grade of the samples are low (circa 50mg/L)






Presumably, this water source is the same source used by the 2 local towns

"Brine reinjection back into the resource to ensure no change to the water table which is significant for the fresh water that sits on top of the brine, also the people that draw from that fresh water table in the 2 towns located near where we are operating"

What work has the company done to guarantee that the brine extraction + reinjection will not negatively impact the water quality of the fresh water supply in the Carachi Pampa for both the wetlands +flora+fauna, and the local towns of El Penon and Antofagasta
