I have had the serial downramper on ignore for 5 days and it makes the HC site so much better. Remember the more you respond the more the boss thinks he's worth. He said 1:7 ratio was a good result. In other words, if 7 respond to 1 of his post he has done his job. Put him on ignore and have him report to Centre link. IMHO.
