One of the many Conditions Precedent (for both off-take and ECA finance), that needs to be satisfied is:
"Successful and satisfactory completion of due diligence".
How is it possible for these parties, to carry-out satisfactory DD, when the primary source for the DD (the DLE Demo plant), is "shut down"..."decommissioned"...and "sent off to wherever it's going to go" ??
