This IMHO is very misleading.

To say "unique regulatory rights" may sound like they are in a "unique" position to offer Ka. (Read this reporters!!)

As I suspected all they have done is booked a "slot" which is not easy to do, however Newsat have booked TWO slots!!

So they are in the "unique" position of having ONE "slot" but no teleports.

As I understand it..

PS I'm a bit miffed that I've been told off for defending myself againt being called a liar.

Possibly people feeling I'm wasting their time could contribute something for a change.

The difference IMHO between downramping and posting negative info is simply in the number of posts and balance. If you read all my posts I have put the boot into management many times..
