They are fishing for sure - and Im hoping there looking to hook WME.
Given the chinese appetite and coin to invest in oil in central africa - see no reason not to translate into minerals. Tis a strategic national objective it would appear for china, and Africa is the type of placy that provides a suitable business environment for them.
