    PT would not wait till he gets his shares back and the demerge because thats insider trading no speculation about it.... He will get his share back however imo we will not see a demerger till all outstanding debts owed to ADY are paid out i think its about $145mill in total. Only then we will see demerger imo i think it will be ann Q2 2009, By them RRL will be rolling in $$$$$
