It was a pleasure to meet you at the brokers presentation after reading 100s of your informed ,passionate, funny postings over the years. The 100s of hours you have put into csd, lived it ,breathed it and dared to dream the dream. It will pay dividends in a huge way with patience.

Further to my previous posting;
1.The collaboration with the major tin producer is in actual fact taking place now their expertise is being used to improve the DFS, starting from the resource in the ground and going through the complete way of processing it so it is suitable for their uses and then the confidence they have in the final product is reason that finance can be confidently arranged, timetables on production can become more firmer. So that relationship is growing stronger all the time with time.
2.Wanguo farmin agreement as Early said is worth $20 million about $7 million per year, 50,000 metres per year and there will be regular announcements to stock exchange and will be occurring as the mining approaches and during mining, so lots of announcements. Some of these drilling targets are well advanced and highly prospective and JH is expecting some excellent results. It should also be noted that the agreement only comes into affect if the additional tonnage and grade is discovered in addition to the previous jorc statements.
3.The management of csd is not worried one little bit about the share structure. They are only looking forward to their singular goal of mining and utilising the assets of the combined entity to the maximum and using their chinese connections to build a mining powerhouse. They have complete confidence in their chinese partners and they are after a good investment and return on capital and JH and Ralph have the expertise that the chinese respect and let them alone to run the show
4.Management are shareholders friends. The trust that extends between SPM and CSD extends to the shareholders as well. Anyone that has been in this stock for a long while know how Ralph has tried to involve shareholders in rights issues that have not been well supported by shareholders. I think they will stay true to their word...a previous announcement.. and reward option holders at the egm with the reissue of options with a Dec 15 expiry, but we will have to wait and see

Hi Philley,
Thanks for the informative post, I was wondering if you can confirm the options Dec 15 expiry? I thought that they were talking of Dec 14 Expiry? Obviously I have had no direct contact with CSD and I am not sure where the Dec 14 timeframe came from. I am quite interested in this as I have a far few options and would love them to be extended to Dec 15.
