Agreed with you entirely Tallenay.
We have nothing to loose by voting no to the sale and keeping the Maitland/Greenvale projects ourselves but, we will plenty to gain if KZL will want these projects badly enough.
And, IMO they do. After all, why would have they bought nearly 20% of GGY if they didn't know what was there for them in the first place??? THERE IS NO SANTA CLAUS IN BUSINESS!!
IMHO, at the moment it is all a game of poker. The one who will bluff the longest, IMO will win.
Think about it. Why would they (KZL) come up with a bigger offer, while they still have the chance to get it at the original ridiculous offer???
Vote no to the sale and, if we are successful, IMO KZL will change their tune.
As you have written Tallenay et all, we have nothing to loose but plenty to gain.
