It would be the second time in the history, (I BELIEVE SO, BUT I CAN STAND CORRECTING IF I AM WRONG), that the Directors of a Company, have been denied what they wanted, and try to push forward. The latest one when the OXR now OZL proposal of a big payout for the retiring CEO, was knocked back, by a majority vote.
The Chairman was so disgusted about being knocked back, that he refused to take any questions from the forum and declared the meeting closed. Talk about taking the ball and bat home, after the batsman has been bowled out.

Maybe the shareholders in general are beginnig to wake up to the crud that the Directors are doing out there, at shareholders expense.
