I agree with most of the points you have made. Yes I have limited "specific" knowledge of KZL. You will have to agree with me if some thing "unforeseen" happens they have got very little ready cash to cover for it. Such unforeseen events are major machinery breakdowns, fires ect. Insurance companies take their time to pay out and often you have to fight them in court to get your money.
