are they allowed to sell off market whilst the mux shares are in escrow?
I didnt think so but happy to be corrected. It would be a great deal for kzl getting double market value
it does seem strange that someone would pay that much if it didnt benefit them in some other way ie by strengthening the balance sheet of a company they have a sub investment in
