IMO If Kzl does not trade Above its issue price it will be deemed a total failure by the market.to be deemed a sucess it should trade above the average of the last closing price +the issue price (assuming a 1 for 1 issue).
Most recent sucessful issues are trading well above the average prices,eg,Macquarie bank, bluescope Steel ,Ausenco etc etc.
