"If an issue is done at 50c do you seriously think anyone will buy them at a higher price"
Since non holders cant participate, they can only buy at market - dont see why the market price should fall too close to issue price unless its seen as a failure.

What does it matter to us if the issue price is 50c or $1? A 50c issue gives MUCH more incentive to holders to participate. Unless the issue is seen as a failure, the market SP should be significantly higher than the issue price.
The issue is not dilutionary for those holders who fully participate.
If you believe in the underlying business, then a market SP fall would be a godsend, as it would be a buying opportunity at 50c - Doubt I should be so lucky.
