Volume remains low so I don't think holders are dumping EXT. The drop is most likely due to forced margin calls when there are limited buyers. EXT seems to recover when the selling subsides indicating that it is still being accumulated.
I don't think the market sell-off will last into next week. This is not a GFC. Nothing has happened to effect business. Most would agree, Europe is stable and a recession is unlikely because more quantitative easing would be used to prevent it. IMO its a temper tantrum over the USD downgrade.
The FED meets tonight. Ben might attempt to calm the market. If more quantitative easing is hinted at it could cause the market to bounce.
