Hi FB,

I don't know that this will go ahead. Contrary to what has been said on HC, my information is that two things need to happen for this to pass.

Please note that KAH cannot vote

1) Of the remaining 61% of shares more than 75% of the shares need to vote in favour of the proposal

2) More than 50% of shareholders need to vote in favour of the proposal.

So you may have some very large holders whose shares carry a lot of voting but as a shareholder they only have one vote.

You and I and all the others who are not institutions will have no effect on the 75% requirement (or very little) but there are lots and lots of us for the 50% of shareholders requirement.

It is no certainty that this will go through.

We need more information about how this will be to our benefit.
