    Please pardon my ignorance, but I don't understand why you believe that the statement we received on Friday under the EXT covering letter is the KAH document and not the EXT document as well. At the time I had presumed that it was the joint document for both companies.

    What makes you believe that this is not the EXT document and that they will issue their own independent one sometime?

    Don't get me wrong as I am also hoping that EXT will provide additional information that will justify the deal for EXT holders.
