Yes I did realise the merger conditions, thought I made that clear in my post but obviously not. My point was, in a merger it is highly unusual that both sets of share holders feel they have got a raw deal so for KAH to fall significantly today like EXT is, I would think, improbable. I know the deal wont be concluded for several weeks yet but it will be v. interesting to see how both companies share price reacts. Is today's drop for EXT just a knee jerk reaction until people slowly come round to the details of the deal? Perhaps peoplee were expecting too much when the Trading Halt was called.
