The way I understand it, Niger (URU http://www.niger-uranium.com/) owns 17.5% of KAH.

Niger in turn, has a majority shareholder in NWT (http://www.nwturanium.com/s/Management.asp) who owns about 31% of URU.

The director of URU who has the most influence is Stalker, he is the guy who sold Uramin to Areva for $2.5 Billion. He is a deal maker.

Recently the NWT people wanted to remove Stalker and crew from URU and called a meeting to do it http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/6107B_-2008-8-19.pdf

I don't know why they wanted to do this and I don't think it has been achieved so far. Perhaps someone has heard something or read something?

I am sorry, I don't know if Stalker and friends are on the KAH board yet, you have made me interested and I will follow this up.

The fact is that the big boys in London want EXT and all the manoevers we see are aimed at EXT. Like I said, I am waiting for the EXT document explaining how this is in my best interests.
