LE, i am in same boat = multiple landlord with positive return = not neg.g. , investor and trader, but still !!!! thats why i have to take all my investments & trades carefully and qaulity of management in any company is huge part of my decision making. Same as location of my RA investments;)here in AU or EU.
Rossing south is the reason why i didn't sell yet, but i like to cross finish line with reasonable returns as well and in reasonable time.
I don't mind wait for another 3+ years = if management will stand for best of the company and shareholders best interest.
My big Q is ( I know they done great job with our u projects over the years) but I can’t see it on my investment yet(past 2 years when most results been out and excellent) and don’t like directors mafia game behind scenes anymore.
This is what investment is = we all trying predict future for reasonable % chance of positive return.
But because i didn't sell 2 years ago = i am sitting on same % return. So my 2 years investment in EXT made me 0% profit and i done much better with trading stock then in L/T EXT investment. Lesson learn = not only quality of project BUT management strategies play huge part = in the EXT case all part.
