We have acquired an approx. 10% stake in Extract Resources Limited, which owns 100% of the Husab Uranium Mine (including Rossing South), one of the leading uranium mines in the world. The acquisition was made through our wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Nippon Uranium Resources (Australia) Pty Ltd. We also acquired stake of approx. 14% in Kalahari Minerals plc, which is the leading shareholder of Extract Resources. The Husab Mine, which is located in Namibia, is one of the world's largest. A feasibility study is currently underway and uranium production is expected to commence in 2013 or 2014.
