I think it is because in October they were given a hard time by the AX and ASIC for not going into a trading halt. They are trying to do the right thing. Appears to me nothing is going to happen, the Chinese will walk and wait for Europe to collapse.
Problem is I just can't stand the suspense. I wish something would happen one way or the other. Have held for over 5 years so a couple more wont be a problem
