I maintain what I have said before. Stalker and crew are trying to get more than 25% of KAH shares so they can control the KAH vote.
After that they will blackmail everyone who wants it to go ahead.
I would say they will (at least) demand a seat on the board of the new entity in exchange for their votes but they may ask for more than that.
