Kalahari Minerals (KAH), owner of about 40% of EXT, has been rising quickly since the lows of March-April on heavy volume. Itochu (Japan) had recently announced it was purchasing 15% of KAH at 185p, and it seems there are big buyers chasing the share price up to this level. Perhaps Itochu is adding to it's KAH stake, or someone else is buying.

The disconnect between KAH's price movement and EXT's is somewhat remarkable. KAH has (virtually) no other assets other than EXT. It shows that there is keen interest still in the Extract story overseas.
