Over the past two month KAI has been on a wild ride. Today's candlestick reversal is starting to play out nicely with a clear Harami Candle.



Not only the Bullish Harami Reversal candle (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/bullishharami.asp) but also the fact that the stochastic is once again in the oversold area.
Support on the chart is marked between 0.055 and 0.052 which the price recently bounced right off.
If a breakout occurs, the SP would likely see a 35% gain to 0.075.

At this point, I would wait until a confirmation candle tomorrow, although If the share price closes at around this level this afternoon it establishes a Harami candle pattern.
It is also likely that the SP travels sideways until breaking out of the downward channel marked on the chart.
