Did you receive a package with the meeting details and proxy form etc? There was a single sheet with details of the entitlement etc in that set. If you got that letter, you should have it.
I'm sure that the co woudl be happy to provide detaisl if you contacted them.
If you didn't, maybe you signed up for electronic notification?
