I have to agree with your points regarding management's lithium expertise. They have in the past adopted a second fiddle approach to their lithium exploration and now is the time to take advantage of the lithium boom and step things up.
They now have plenty of cash in the kitty to do some serious lithium related exploration. They need to hire professionals with extensive knowledge in the lithium space or build a strategic relationship with a recognised lithium producer or producer to be in the near future.
