The KAIO are dead. These will be new options, listed.
Yes, KAIO owners are being thrown a lifeline. It's one way for the co. to get some cash. But as said, KAIO owners are still at the mercy of KAI owners' approval.
And given the timelines of Prospectus plus SH approval, you still run the risk of the SP going up and then back down in the time between KAIO expiring and new options being issued.
