As per today’s announcement, the overall Pilbara Gold Project JORC 2012 Mineral Resource increased by 150%.
This reminds me a similar situation for AVL. On 5 September 2017, the company released an announcement stating the Mineral Resource tonnes at the **anintha Vanadium project increased by 96%. On the time, the AVL share price was $0.015. The shorters did not let the share price go up; however, the share price gradually increased and it is now around $0.04.
For me, a similar scenario is happening for KAI and the shorters do not let the share price go up comparably with the resource increase. For me, if 98% resource upgrade could increase the share price 2.7 times (from $0.015 to $0.04), I suppose 150% resource upgrade can increase the share price easily 4 times (from $0.038 to $0.15).
Hence, I would expect the KAI’s share price to reach around $0.15 in the next few months.
Please do not sell your shares cheap when you know that they worth much more.
