You have only really lost that money if you sell now. This is kind of obvious.
My feeling is that the share is on a roller-coaster - see my previous post. If you hold from here, I would expect you to get your money back and make a profit. You could sell here, crystallize your losses and potentially buy back in at a lower price point for potentially bigger gains, but you could miss out.
