At least by paying for the options you are contributing to the companies coffers, which as to be a good thing. Perhaps it may be safer to take up the rights issue, which will also contribute to the working capital, and not have to wait 12 months from the issue date to see if they are in the money. I have never held KIOA however, I would have though that after 36 months of angst and the multi bags never coming I would look for safer ground. Also if the SP holds at these levels you are sharing in the "mates rates" we all so hate.
