It's interesting to see the way a stock works on an announcement like this. It is important, but still too early for the instos to take seriously.
A heap of people get wind of the stock and buy in at between 9-12 cents (me included!), and then the people looking for a quick scalp see it jump through to 14 cents then retract.
Based upon this they put their sell up between 13-14 cents or sell out on market for 12.5, effectively gagging the market and creating further buying oportunities for people with a slightly longer view of the company (whether that's two weeks or several years).
