Explictly mentioned that they are buying stock on market and had bought some. Are they telling us that there will be no more share placement to dilute the existing stock?

I like this part about 'international attention'. This does sound like infill drilling is for the sole purpose to proof up the accuracy of existing known resource so that the DFS can be completed and available to the queue of investors to browse before making their individual assessment for the bidding process.
