Kalahari Minerals increases stake in Extract Resources to 39.73 percent
Kalahari Minerals PLC said it has purchased 1,463,848 shares in Extract Resources Ltd since December 18 2008 through its wholly owned subsidiary Kalahari Uranium Ltd, and now controls 84,520,985 Extract shares representing approximately 39.73 of the issued capital.
In addition, Kalahari has purchased 1,856,410 options in Extract at an exercise price of AU$ with an expiration date of March 28 2009. The exercise of these options would inject AUD$1.8 million additional working capital into Extract.
